In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nordicmyco OÜ, the seller responsible for your purchase.

Orders and payment

Please review the product description, quantity, delivery details and total price before placing your order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Available payment methods and the currency of your purchase are displayed at checkout. Any shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown before you confirm your order.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment received for items we cannot supply.

Product information

Please read the information and any warnings provided on the relevant product page and packaging before purchasing.

As natural products, our products may vary in appearance, colour, shape and size. These natural variations do not affect your right to receive goods that match their description and meet applicable legal requirements.

Professional order fulfilment

Orders are prepared, packed and dispatched by one of our three professional third-party logistics partners located in Denmark, Finland and Estonia.

This fulfilment network provides professional handling from order preparation through to handover to the delivery carrier. The dispatch location may vary between orders.

Nordicmyco OÜ remains your contractual point of contact for order enquiries, delivery issues and complaints.

Processing and delivery

Paid, in-stock orders are normally processed within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery is provided through the shipping service shown at checkout. Processing time is separate from transit time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Our logistics partners may begin preparing orders shortly after payment. We cannot guarantee that an address change or dispatch cancellation can be made once fulfilment has started. This does not remove any applicable statutory withdrawal rights.

International orders

We ship only to destinations we support. Delivery availability does not constitute advice on the legal status or permitted use of a product in any country.

Please check relevant local requirements before ordering. We also remain responsible for complying with our own legal obligations as the seller.

Any destination-country import charges not collected at checkout will be explained before purchase where applicable. Customs-related problems are assessed individually and do not automatically remove your statutory rights.

Returns and product complaints

Our Returns & Right of Withdrawal policy explains how to withdraw from a purchase and how to report damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Restrictions on change-of-mind returns do not limit your legal rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can work towards a resolution. You may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre in your country or an appropriate consumer dispute-resolution body, where applicable.

These terms do not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.

Updates

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version applicable when your contract was concluded governs that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
